Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Engineering, Bury (BL9)
£22,000 - £27,000 p/annum + Commission, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

About the role:
You will be speaking to our client database to gain an understanding of their business and what types of candidates they are currently looking to hire and also speaking to prospective clients to get an understanding of any vacancies they may need support with. You will be trained on writing adverts, interviewing, compliance, conducting site visits and organising skills tests. You will need to be confident in your approach and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
Key Attributes needed for this role:
