Job description
The Educate Group would like to hear from professionals interested in joining a company recognised as one of the ‘fastest-growing 50 businesses in Wales for 2022’. You will be seeking an opportunity as a Candidate Resourcer with a view to becoming a future Recruitment Consultant. We have established ourselves as one of the preferred suppliers on the NPS Framework for the whole of North Wales and are quickly expanding our operations across the whole of North Wales, Cheshire, the Wirral, and Shropshire.
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for the sourcing and management of candidate applications. This will involve managing the day-to-day administration of the ATS and social media channels, ensuring all job adverts are on brand, grammatically correct and in line with our business needs. You will attend regionally held network events and work alongside other recruiters in the industry to ensure we follow and adhere to best practice. As to be expected, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to help ensure the employee journey from interview to hire is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
The ideal applicant will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with confidence and self motivation. A superb telephone manner is essential, along with the ability to evaluate skills and potential from first contact with a prospective candidate. Meticulous attention to detail is imperative as you will be preparing paper work to be passed to our Compliance Department. Full training will be provided by our experienced Resource Team.

We would be particularly interested in receiving applications from those with backgrounds in working with children and young people in Education, although this is not a prerequisite.
