Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Manager HAYS

You will join a large and successful team of expert technology recruiters across the South East, with a dedicated focus on growing business in Slough and across the wider Berkshire & West London region.

You'll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, whilst generating and managing new client accounts to help increase growth for you and your team. Working as part of a diverse team, who work closely together, supporting your personal development and success and enabling progression throughout your Hays career.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You will need to have prior experience in recruitment ideally.
You'll need to be ambitious, resilient and demonstrate a determination to succeed. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised and self-driven to be able to manage your own time effectively. You'll possess a real drive and passion for your own personal development, as well as contributing to the success of the overall team.
