Are you looking for a remote recruitment consultant job? Well, the Newstaff team is expanding, and we are looking for remote recruitment consultants!

We are looking to expand our permanent division and we will be adding several experienced work remote recruiters to our team. The role itself will be fully remote, however, if you do decide you want to pop into the office, we can offer a hybrid role too.

We allow our consultants to run their own business, within a business, allowing them to build their revenue stream, within our existing business, as well as give them support for growth.
Remote recruitment consultant key responsibilities:
• A minimum of 3 years 360 agency recruitment across any sector
• Able to build revenue by nurturing existing clients and bringing on new ones
• Experience in resourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referral, and headhunting
• Boolean searching experience
• Previous experience in candidate management/ liaising with clients
• A desire to offer first-class communication
• Able to listen/ build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• Able to ‘think out of the box’ / look for different solutions, in candidate shortage markets
• Attention to detail/ value the importance of a fully administered database
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates

Additional:
• Target – billing £150,000-£200,000 per annum
• This is a remote role, so you should be comfortable working from home and have access to a reliable internet connection
• Must live in the UK
