Teacheractive are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester.
We are have a fantastic opportunity to join a team of hard-working, fun and dedicated consultants working with our continuously growing list of clients in the education sector where we are well known as a market leader. You would focus on filling temporary and permanent positions, providing day to day supply staff for your schools.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
• Business development- contacting new and existing clients to generate new business. This will also include attending visits.
• Emergency cover- Assisting clients by filling their emergency supply needs in a timely manner.
• Candidate management- Building a pipeline of candidates to work in our schools by posting adverts, screening applicants, interviewing and registering them.
• Managing relationships- Building lasting, working relationships with candidates and clients to ensure success.This is by no means a complete list; you need to be adaptable in recruitment as your day plan can change – it is exciting, fast paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, passion and energy.
This is a sales role, and you will work towards activity and revenue targets. However, we offer realistic achievable targets, award winning training and support from a skilled manager and experienced team. We offer uncapped commission with no threshold so you can reap the benefits of all your hard work!

• Previous sales experience or have worked in a target and KPI focused role

• Term time- 07:30am start finishing between 4:30-5:30pm
