We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or someone with appropriate transferable skills to build and run their own division.
You will either be an experienced recruitment consultant or have out of industry experience in B2B sales, customer services, Estate Agent, in Hospitality or a similar customer facing/sales role.
As a recruitment consultant you will; -
Converse with & influence decision makers at all levels promoting our service
Make daily sales calls to prospective clients
Attend client meetings
Deal with the recruitment, interviewing and selection of quality Industrial or Commercial temporary staff
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
Have the energy and determination to succeed
Be passionate and dedicated about your future -
Previous experience of sales
Excellent communication skills
Driving licence essential
