Recruiter - Cheltenham
- £24,600 OTE for first 6-9 months, then rising to £29,500 OTE after first promotion

What's the job?
As a Recruiter, you'll work alongside a Key Account Manager (BD Manager) to manage your own area of the technology market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:
- Managing job vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
- Building relationships with existing clients
- Gathering compliance and rights to work
- Advertising jobs
Who are we looking for?
Aspiring Recruitment Consultants who live and breathe our core values: Ambitious, Passionate about people, Innovative, Insightful, Expert, Do the right thing. No experience is required; however, it helps if you have worked in a fast paced, sales driven environment before. Requirements:
- UK Driving licence
- Full time hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- Must have current eligibility to work in the UK
