- £28,000 OTE for first 6-9 months, then rising to £30,625 OTE after first promotion

The Opportunity
A rare opportunity has arisen to work within the successful and thriving Kingston office, it is situated in the hub of the town centre surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and on the banks of the Thames.
The busy office is looking for a recruiter to join the very well established and successful Trades and Labour KAM team in Kingston, it is a lucrative business covering Southwest London and parts of Surrey. Within the area there is a huge amount of building work going on including multimillion pound projects and the team already have excellent relationships with some big companies.
We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Recruiter (like a Recruitment Consultant but without new business generation). No prior recruitment experience or qualifications are required for this position. You will receive industry leading training and support throughout your career and have plentiful opportunities for fast track promotions.
What should I expect day to day?
As a recruiter, you'll be working alongside a Key Account Manager and one other recruiter to manage your own area of the T&L market, you will be responsible for:
- Managing job vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
- Building relationships with existing clients
- Gathering compliance and rights to work
- Advertising jobs
