BASED IN STAFFORD £20,000 - £25,000 BASIC (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + CAR ALLOWANCE + MARKET LEADING BONUS + HOME WORKING OPTIONS.SALARY INCREMENT INCENTIVES AND MORE!A REALISTIC OTE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR OF £40,000 - £50,000 UNCAPPED !!

The ideal individual would have had at least 1-2+ years of external agency recruitment experience as well as working within a 360 recruitment role. - Development of new and existing business to maximise relationship and potential cross selling within the company- Registration of candidates covering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions- Lead generation- Resourcing vacancies from initially being picked up through to delivery and after service- Meeting clients face to face to sell services and secure new business- Successfully securing PSL business and winning tenders[ Person and skills required ]
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience within agency recruitment- Full UK driving licence with own vehicle- A quality driven approach to business being a complete finisher- Enthusiastic and willingness to succeed- Hunger to perform at the highest levels
