Our Dundee office is hiring with a view to starting as soon as possible, to support our growth plans. Our most established office in the North of Scotland, the ambitious team in Dundee strive to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and candidates. Our Dundee office works with a range of exclusive and high-profile clients in the Construction and Property, Finance and Business Support industries across Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife. You'll be joining a team with mixed experiences and backgrounds, supporting you in your journey to success in the industry. We are interested in individuals with recruitment experience, as well as those who are looking to start their recruitment career with existing sales experience.
What should I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership for and develop further, your own recruitment desk.
Your job will include:
- Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
- Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
- Facilitate to an advanced level the end-to-end recruitment process
- Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
- Consistently develop market intelligence
- Working with the leadership team on office and company initiatives and projects
We will give you all of the market leading tools and support needed to achieve in the position. You will have access to our advanced bespoke technology which will enable you to work effectively and make the most of your uncapped commission!
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you'll be able to demonstrate a wealth of related experience in a 360-Recruitment position. Your commercial awareness and ability to engage with a variety of individuals, will be reflected in your passion to deliver the best for your clients and candidates. You will have strong experience of building a candidate and client network working pro-actively to grow your business.
