Our Marketing team here at Search are looking for ambitious and resilient recruiters to join their specialist team in Leeds. You will be responsible for building relationships with agencies and candidates in the Digital space in order to place marketing professionals into jobs. On this warm desk there are established clients, including 60% of the top Digital agencies where the team have successfully placed candidates in the past.
Recent investment into the company has enabled huge growth plans for the company, and alongside our award winning training programme, we have the capability to support you quickly along your career in recruitment - many of our consultants have received two promotions within 12 months. Key skills required;
* Previous recruitment experience is essential
* An interest in Digital/Tech is preferable
* Passionate, driven and tenacious
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Working to targets and deadlines
