London
£28,000 - £40,000 (Uncapped commission and rewards)

Our Business Support team in London is growing and we need a strong consultant to help drive the business after fantastic growth so far. Search are looking for driven, money-motivated individuals who have passion for business and success.
With the opportunity to focus on temp or perm, the scope for growth in the desk is completely in your hands and you'd benefit from some major advantages; our brand is well known and well respected and will open many doors for you!
You'd be supported by the wider Business Support team, with the opportunity to drive your business forward independently but with the help and support of amazing mentors, you'll be working with the very best in the business!
Key skills required:
* Passionate, driven and tenacious
* Proven ability to develop new business with the ability to easily build rapport both over the phone and face-to-face
* Ability to nurture relationships, identifying the clients needs and requirements for their vacancy
* Ability to react quickly to your client needs
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Working to targets and deadlines
* Pro-active.
