Recruitment Business Partner Lead / HR Recruitment Lead
Up to £50,000 per annum

Overview of Role
The successful candidate will offer a balance of managing the day-to-day operation of Recruitment, with support from 4 Administrators, as well as a strategic focus on future needs and recruitment campaigns.

This role will focus on 2 areas, the first being to prioritise the current recruitment needs and establish a steady state and secondly, to develop and improve the processes and future best practises of consistent recruitment requirements.
ï· Overall Responsibility for the organisation's recruitment
ï· Taking lead on hard to recruit roles forming different strategies to ensure success
ï· Understanding the market and being able to identify ways in becoming more recognised
ï· Engaging with the business to understand needs and creating a solid plan and reporting process
ï· Focused on managing temp and agency contacts
ï· Source, screen and process necessary roles across the businesses
ï· Implement a clear, simple and timed process to recruit with clear messaging and templates
ï· Manage and communicate the process of the full recruitment cycle to all stakeholders and support those involved (manager group or example)
ï· Guiding Managers on the interview process and offering support and training on delivering interviews
ï· Ensuring full compliance of candidates with relevant checks made
ï· Identify future needs of the organisation and build relevant and innovative campaigns and targeted programs that will gain traction of the right people, with the right attitudes
ï· Mange process and project of recruiting overseas and collaborating with HR BP's
ï· Implement a process for starter and leavers interviews and capture and record data to share with main stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge
At least 4-5yrs experience in 2 or more of the below:
ï· Ideal knowledge of Housing and/or social care
ï· Experience in developing recruitment processes and managing these
ï· Experience of campaign management and innovative ideas to drive traction of new recruits
